Services(01) — (06)

Strategy, design, engineering, and operations under one roof — so nothing gets lost between vendors and handoffs.

(01)

Product strategy

Before anything gets built, we make sure it's the right thing to build. Discovery sprints, technical audits, and proof-of-concept work that turn an idea into a scoped, estimated plan.

  • Discovery workshops and technical audits
  • Architecture and build-vs-buy decisions
  • Rapid proofs of concept and validation sprints
(02)

UX & product design

Design that treats the interface as part of the engineering. We build design systems, not one-off screens — so the product stays consistent as it grows.

  • Product design and interactive prototyping
  • Design systems and component libraries
  • UX research, accessibility, and conversion audits
(03)

Web & platform engineering

Customer-facing products, internal platforms, and the APIs between them. Typed, tested, and observable from the first deploy.

  • Full-stack web applications (Next.js, Node, Go)
  • API design — REST, GraphQL, event-driven
  • Legacy modernization and re-platforming
(04)

Mobile engineering

Apps that feel native because performance is treated as a feature. One codebase where it makes sense, platform-native where it doesn't.

  • React Native with native modules
  • Native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin)
  • Automated release pipelines and store operations
(05)

Cloud, DevOps & reliability

Infrastructure your product can grow into. Everything as code, everything monitored, and a deployment process your team can run without us.

  • AWS / GCP architecture and infrastructure as code
  • CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes
  • Observability, SLOs, and incident readiness
(06)

AI & data engineering

Applied AI, not demos. We ship LLM-powered features with evaluation harnesses, and data pipelines that keep them grounded in your real data.

  • LLM features: search, copilots, automation
  • RAG systems and evaluation pipelines
  • Data warehousing and analytics engineering
(07) What we build

The kinds of products we design and engineer most often.

(01)

SaaS platforms

Multi-tenant products with subscriptions, team workspaces, roles, and integrations — built to onboard and scale customers.

(02)

AI-powered products

Copilots, generation, and automation features with evaluation and guardrails, so AI output is useful and dependable.

(03)

Web applications & portals

Customer portals, marketplaces, and booking or management systems with secure authentication and clean UX.

(04)

Mobile apps

iOS and Android apps with offline support, push notifications, and automated releases to the App Store and Google Play.

(05)

Company & marketing websites

Fast, SEO-ready websites that present your business clearly and turn visitors into leads.

(06)

Internal tools & dashboards

Admin panels, reporting dashboards, and workflow tools that replace spreadsheets and save your team hours every week.

(08) Engagement models

(01)

Fixed scope

A defined outcome, a fixed price, and a delivery date. Best for well-understood products, MVPs, and replatforms.

From 6 weeks
(02)

Dedicated team

A stable, cross-functional Softliance squad embedded in your roadmap and rituals. Best for long-running products.

Quarterly
(03)

Staff augmentation

Senior engineers who plug into your existing team and codebase — with our internal review standards behind them.

Monthly
(09) Every engagement includes

(01)

A dedicated project lead

One point of contact who owns the plan, the timeline, and communication — so you never chase updates.

(02)

Weekly demos

See working software every week and give feedback while it is still cheap to change direction.

(03)

Shared roadmap & tracking

Full visibility into priorities, progress, and scope in the tools you already use.

(04)

Code review & automated testing

Every change is reviewed and tested before it ships, keeping quality high as the product grows.

(05)

Documentation & handover

Architecture notes, setup guides, and runbooks so your team can confidently own the system.

(06)

Post-launch support

We monitor the launch, fix what comes up, and help plan the next iteration.

(11) FAQ

Answers to what clients usually ask before starting a project.

How do you estimate a project?

We start with a discovery call to understand your goals, users, and constraints. From there we break the product into milestones and give you a clear estimate for each — before you commit to the build.

What if our requirements change during the project?

They usually do, and that's fine. We work in weekly increments, so priorities can shift between sprints. Any change that affects budget or timeline is agreed with you before we act on it.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Yes. We begin with a technical audit to understand the current state, risks, and quick wins, then propose a plan to stabilize, modernize, or extend the product.

Do you offer maintenance after launch?

Yes. We offer ongoing support covering monitoring, bug fixes, security updates, and continued feature development.

Which engagement model should we choose?

Fixed scope suits a clearly defined product or MVP. A dedicated team suits a product with an evolving roadmap. Staff augmentation suits teams that need extra senior capacity. We'll recommend the right fit on our first call.

Do you work with startups or established companies?

Both. We help founders take an idea to a launched product, and help established businesses modernize systems or build new digital products.

Not sure which model fits?

A 45-minute conversation with an engineer — not a salesperson. We'll tell you honestly what we'd build, and whether you need us at all.
